Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC)
TABC requires those who manufacture, distribute, sell, or serve alcoholic beverages to obtain permits and licenses before they can be authorized to operate. To apply for a permit or license within Tarrant County, please book an appointment at the regional office (2225 East Randol Mill Road in Arlington) or call 817-652-5912. TABC will provide application forms (or links) and instructions.
The Tarrant County Tax Assessor-Collector collects county fees for the renewal of beer, wine, and liquor permits and licenses. Please note that TABC may deny or revoke a permit if it finds that the permit holder or applicant has not paid delinquent property taxes due on that permitted premises or due from a business operated on that premises.
