Park Rental

Rental is available for the pavilions (north and south) or the gazebo. Call 817-617-3701 to inquire about the availability of a specific time. Reservations can be made in person at Town Hall (1614 S Bowen Road).

The sand volleyball court is not available for reservation at this time.

Reservations are available in six-hour increments.

Water Billing

Town Hall staff cannot take payments over the phone. However, customers can pay over the phone by calling 682-812-6643.

Waste Disposal

The town offers curbside pick through Commercial Waste Disposal, trash bags only!

If you have set up your water service with the Town of Pantego, you are automatically set up for trash and recycling service. If you do not have a blue CWD recycle cart, please contact CWD Customer Service at 972.392.9300/Option 2. For billing information, please contact the Town of Pantego at 817.617.3700.

Bulky waste will be collected on your trash pickup days. You are limited to one cubic yard of bulky waste per collection. No single item should exceed 150 pounds.

Important! CWD does not provide pickup for commercial demolition, construction, nor remodeling debris. Household debris must be containerized to be eligible for pickup. The box or other disposable container must be no larger than 2′ x 2′ x 4′ and weigh no more than 50 pounds. 

Brush must be tied and bundled. Bundled brush cannot exceed four feet by two feet nor weigh more than 50 pounds per bundle. NO LOOSE BRUSH WILL BE PICKED UP.

Place all bulk and bundled brush items next to your trash bags no later than 7:00 a.m. on your designated service days.

  • Toys and Yard Tools Tagged as “Bulk Item”
  • Furniture
  • Bundled Carpet in 4-foot Lengths
  • Fence Panels No Larger than 4′ x 6′
  • Washing Machines, Dryers, Water Heaters and Kitchen Appliances
  • Refrigerators/Freezers (Must be tagged certifying removal of refrigerants)

Bulk – Prohibited

  • Single Items Weighing More than 150 lbs.
  • Commercial Construction and Remodeling Debris
  • Household Hazardous Waste
  • Tires, Batteries, and Propane Tanks
  • Loose Brush
  • Loose Debris (Debris must be placed in a box or other container no larger than 2′ x 2′ x 4′ and weighing no more than 50 pounds.)

Items can be dropped off, free of charge, at the CWD Transfer Station, 2010 California Crossing Road, Dallas, TX 75220. The hours are Wednesday – Saturday from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm, excluding holidays. A copy of your current water bill is required. Please call CWD first to verify amount to be dropped off.

Household Hazardous Waste & Used Electronics Door-side Collection

CWD’s HHW & Used Electronics Door-side Collection program encourages safe, easy, and responsible disposal of approved hazardous waste and electronics. It is available to Pantego residents up to once a month.

Items accepted via the HHW & Used Electronics Door-side Collection program include poison, solvent, oil-based and latex paint, aerosols, used motor oil, auto batteries, fluorescent tubes, and televisions.

How to Prepare for your HHW & Used Electronics Collection

  1. Call CWD at 972.392.9300/Option 2, at least two weeks in advance.
  2. CWD will mail you a collection kit.
  3. Assemble your HHW according to the instructions provided.
  4. Place your HHW at your doorstep, where CWD will pick it up.

Bags must be placed near your entrance door, garage, or another area IN FRONT OF YOUR HOME. Do NOT place HHW curbside. Please ensure your HHW is visible from the street.

  • Do not overfill the bag.
  • Only the bag provided to you may be used.
  • Bag must be closed securely.
  • Items outside the bag must be placed in a cardboard box. Items accepted OUTSIDE THE BAG are used electronics, auto batteries, fluorescent straight tubes, CFLs and televisions ONLY.
  • Do not drag the bag.
  • Pack the bag where it will be placed for collection.
  • Wrap multiple fluorescent tubes together with tape. If available, use the original packaging to hold the tubes and stand them up to prevent breakage.
  • Do not fill with pool chemicals as this can start a fire.
  • Place cardboard box(es), containing only acceptable items, next to the bag.

Vehicles parked in the Town must be operable and have a current license tag and current inspection sticker.

 Only signs which have been permitted through Building Inspections may be placed in the Town.

There is a permit for garage sales, but it is FREE. Residents are allowed 3 a year.

A building permit is required to construct a new structure or to remodel or add to an existing structure or when any electrical, mechanical, or plumbing is done. This includes fences, swimming pools, signs, water heaters, etc.
