Councilmember Duncan brings more than forty years of professional experience as an entrepreneur, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) Senior Special Agent, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Special Agent in the Criminal Investigation Division, and an Arlington police officer. Mike holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) and a BBA in Business Management from Stephen F. Austin University (SFA) — and a third-degree black belt. Mike currently serves as the National President and Chairman of the Kappa Alpha Order, a member of the Greek Life at UTA Task Force, and a Trustee of the Arlington Police Foundation.
