Risk Management
The Finance department's goal, through its risk management function, is to avoid, reduce, control and finance loss that may arise from activities of the Town. 

In order to protect the Town's financial, property, and personnel assets from the possibility of accidental loss, injury, and/or catastrophic destruction, the Finance department coordinates Town insurance coverage for Property, General Liability, Auto Liability, Workers' Compensation, Crime, Public Officials and Law Enforcement Liability through the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool (TMLIRP).
