Warrant Division
If you have received notice that your Pantego citation is in warrant status, you must dispose of this matter immediately to avoid the possibility of arrest. Warrant Officers are assigned to actively pursue individuals in warrant status and you may be subject to arrest. These warrants are entered into a statewide computer system and are valid throughout the state and are accessible to any peace officer.

The Pantego Municipal Court maintains a safe harbor policy whereby you can come to the court to work out your issues without fear of being arrested. If you are unable to pay the fine and cost for any reason, you should come to court to explain those reasons to the Judge. In certain situations, Personal Bonds may be available to have the warrants cleared or removed.
