Payment of Citations and Fees
Please note that by paying your ticket online or via phone, you are entering a "nolo contendre" plea and waiving your rights to a jury trial. Your violation(s) will be recorded as conviction(s) and may be reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). Payments made online or by phone will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours of staff receiving confirmation of your payment (during normal business hours). Any juvenile defendant who is under seventeen (17) years of age at the time of receiving a citation must appear in open Court before the Judge.
Neither the Town of Pantego nor the Pantego Municipal Court makes any guarantee, promise, or warranty regarding the accuracy of the information provided by the third-party payment portal or by calling 877-467-9839 (bilingual: English/español) to pay by phone. Further, there is no guarantee that the payment options below will display all of your unpaid tickets. Your use of this service to submit payment constitutes acknowledgment that the Town of Pantego, the Pantego Municipal Court, nor the processor of electronic payments assume any responsibility for data entered by the service users.
