Notice of Tax Revenue Increase
After the public hearings and before the meeting scheduled for the vote to adopt the tax rate, the governing body must publish a Notice of Tax Revenue Increase.  The notice contains the following information:

    -    the percentage by which the proposed tax rate exceeds the lower of the rollback or effective tax rate;
    -    the dates of the two public hearings;
    -    the time, location and address where the governing body is scheduled to vote on the tax rate; and
    -    revenue comparisons.
